LOVERS MEAD ~ Our signature classic honey wine, made from pure Northwest honey. Semi-sweet and full bodied with an earthy base note, floral overtones and a warm, lingering finish. 13.5% ABV
ORANGE MEAD ~ Traditional mead infused with essence of orange. Bright citrus aroma enlivens a rich honeyed body, reminiscent of Cointreau. 13.8% ABV
RASPBERRY MEAD ~ Our most popular blend, featuring Whatcom County raspberries. Off-dry with candy fruity aromas, and very lively. 11% ABV
BLUEBERRY MEAD ~ Our traditional mead blended with wine made from local blueberries. Deep berry flavors with soft tannins and a mellow, rounded finish. 11.8% ABV
RHUBARB MEAD ~ Tangy fresh rhubarb brings an intriguing note to our newest blend. Tart, but surprisingly delicate, it’s fast becoming a local favorite. 13.8% ABV
WASSAIL ~ Drink to your health! Robustly infused with our fragrant spice blend, this warming mead tastes like Christmas any time of year. 13.8% ABV
STRAWBERRY MEAD ~ Ripe local strawberries give this blend a rich, lingering kiss, like a warm summer afternoon. 13.5% ABV
MEAD HEAD ~ Mead for the beer lover. A drier version of our classic honey wine, finished with an infusion of Cascade hops and a touch of bitter orange. 13.5% ABV
PYMENT ~ Based on an ancient recipe, Pyment is mead blended with white wine. We chose a Yakima Valley Sauvignon Blanc, with flinty notes counterpoised against the honey base. 11% ABV
HOT SPICED MEAD ~ Warm up a chilly evening with a mug of our Hot Spiced Mead, a seasonal blend of mead, cider and traditional mulling spices. Almost makes you wish for winter! 12% ABV

HOUSE RED ~ A blend of Yakima Valley Zinfandel and Cabernet Franc grapes. Nicely balanced, with dense fruit flavors and a peppery finish. 14% ABV
HOUSE WHITE ~ Our current offering is a blend of Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. Refreshing and fruity, with a clean, crisp finish. 13.5% ABV
SANGRIA ~ Our festive and refreshing interpretation of a summertime classic. A house made blend of red wine, mead, fruit and soda. ($7/10 oz; $18/carafe) 11% ABV
